People attending a CBM (Certified Board Member) course gathered at Trineria (some remotely as well) as part of the course’s team project. CEO Leif Setälä (operating the camera) attended the session as Trineria’s representative.
The course project’s aim was for the participants to get familiar with a company’s (i.e., Trineria’s) ownership strategy, management, and operations. Other subjects covered included the company’s future strategies and the value of managerial work. Strategies proved an especially fertile subject, prompting discussion and several prospective guidelines.
