Our new CSMO is enthusiastic about working with motivated and talented people, be they colleagues or customers. She believes asking the right questions and being focused on listening to the answers are the keys to finding the best solutions together.
With a background in business development, sales, marketing, communications and research, Nadia has vast professional experience from both the private and public sectors. Most recently, she spent several years in a customer-facing role at a software company focusing on industrial digitalization. Having had the opportunity to get acquainted with various industries and the companies therein, Nadia considers it a privilege to get a behind-the-scenes look at how different businesses operate. She is convinced that open and honest dialogue with customers about the areas they wish to improve in is vital for discovering new ways of working and operating smarter.
In her free time, Nadia enjoys photography, reading, crafts, green-thumbing and traveling to get new perspectives. She remains curious about everything from A to Z and aims to learn something new – however small – every day. Nadia says she does not have a life motto, per se. However, if she had to choose one, this would be it: “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”
